Our Product is Tested by a UKAS Accredited Lab
RAW Apple Cider Vinegar
The PHY understands the importance of providing a healthy product for our customers.
In other to build customer trust and provide an excellent quality product for public consumption, our product has been tested by a UKAS accredited laboratory. The microbiology testing result was very exciting and gave us the confident to continue working hard and efficiently towards providing the best quality products.
We also did a chemical testing which is the Nutritional Information of 100 ml provided on our label.
We make our Master tonic with Organic raw apple cider vinegar that contains the mother. The mother is the cloudy substance floating in some bottles of apple cider vinegar. The mother is formed naturally as raw organic vinegar ferments, producing a murky, brownish vinegar. The mother is packed with lots of healthy benefit. It has been traditional known to contain natural protein, healthy bacteria and acetic acid.
When apple cider vinegar is filtered and pasteurized, it becomes crystal clear and this process removes the mother and most of its nutrients which is why The PHY only uses raw apple cider vinegar with the mother.
The PHY only uses organic ingredients, we only buy raw materials from organic farmers and shops and we have copies of our suppliers organic certificates on file.
According to EU laws, food labelled as organic must be certified by a control body.
The PHY started the process by applying for organic certification in August 2020 and we are delighted to let you know that we are Organic Certified.
